I Still Can't Login, Why? If you are using Internet Explorer and your Privacy settings are set to High or above, you will not be able to login. Although your login and password are submitted correctly, the message at the top of the frontpage will still say 'Your are not logged in...please login below'. If the login is working correctly, you will always see 'Logged in as username...Logout' at the top of the screen. Otherwise, there is a problem.
From the Internet Explorer menu Tools->Internet Options->Privacy, you'll need to drop the privacy setting down to no higher than Medium High. The default IE setting is Medium.
Like most sites, gigzter uses a Cookie to determine whether or not a user is logged in. When your IE privacy settings are set for High or above, this will prevent a cookie from being installed. There is also an option on the same screen to Allow or Block cookies only from specific sites. An alternative solution is to add gigzter via the Edit Websites button on the bottom right of the Privacy settings page without the need to change your Global privacy settings. Click Edit, then type in www.gigzter.com and click the Allow button.
The gigzter login cookie only contains your Username and will automatically expire after one hour, or be deleted when you Logout.
If you are a Firefox user and experiencing a similar problem, you may need to add an Exception for www.gigzter.com under the Tools->Options->Privacy menu.

I Signed Up, Where Is My Username/Password? When you signup via the New User? link on the frontpage, your Username and Password is immediately emailed to you. If you are having troubles finding your account information, ensure you check your Junk mail folders or equivalent SPAM quarantine folders in your mail client. The email is sent from admin@gigzter.com and the subject line is REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION.
For unknown reasons, we have had few reports of mail from gigzter being flagged as SPAM. You may also resend your account information at any time via the Forgot Password? link on the frontpage. An email will be immediately sent to you with the subject line ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
If you are still having problems getting your account information, please contact admin@gigzter.com

Why is this website so slow sometimes? We understand that at times the site may be somewhat sluggish. Please hang in there as we do anticipate upgrades to both bandwidth and webserver hardware in the near future.
We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Streaming Music Stops Playing Although we continue to make every effort to ensure that Gigzter.com is compatible across all browser platforms, we have received few reports of streaming audio breaking. Symptoms usually include the audio stopping in the middle of a song while using the playlist or player within the artist profile pages.
Although we are unaware of conclusive cause of this problem at this time, we do suggest upgrading to the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player found here:

Some Browser Pages Not Loading Some of the pages on gigzter (i.e. Standings and My Playlist) spawn a new page when they are launched. Some pop-up blocking software may block these pages. If you experience problems when clicking links and the pages not loading, you should be able to turn off your pop-up blocker and accept pop-ups just from gigzter.

My Playlist Doesn't Work We have reported some problems with the operation of the "My Playlist" feature. In order for the playlist to work you must first select the songs you wish to play and then click "Load Playlist" from the left pane. The selected songs will start playing automatically.
If the songs do not start playing automatically, or when you reload a new playlist the old songs still play, or nothing happens at all, then try the following:
(1) Close the My Playlist and Player window, and try again.
(2) In your Internet Explorer Tools->Internet Options->Temp Internet Files->Settings, select the "On Every Visit to Page" caching option.
Although caching is not enabled on the playlist pages, we suspect that this problem may be a result of a bug in certain versions of IE - including certain versions of 6.0
We are working on a resolution and hope to have one soon.
