Novakayne - started as an idea, as many bands do. An idea borne out of necessity for some, ideology for others; but above all else a relentless drive and passion for music. Today, Novakayne is still building on those same principles and have easily earned the right to claim their music as being "truly" original.

The songs are real, the lyrics are understandable and passionate, and the musicianship is understated but very strong. The sound is familiar enough to be pleasant, yet different enough to be infectious.

Accelerating together on the scene, and in just six months of live touring, Novakayne has shared the stage with the likes of Crazyfists, The Underwater, The Feds, Trigger Point, City Sleeps, Falling Closer, Lazyeye, Tx/Rx, Aclarion, Derek St. Holmes, Slipagnt, Threshold and many others.
